As part of our ESG initiatives, and also in support of the EU Whistleblower Protection Directive (Directive (EU) 2019/1937), Insero Air Traffic Solutions (IATS) has on a voluntary basis chosen to make available a whistleblower system.
The whistleblower system offers a confidential and safe channel, where any employee or third party can report concerns, if they suspect that serious or illegal misconduct or other potential wrongdoing is taking place.
The whistleblower scheme does not apply to information or violations of a trivial nature, which instead should be directed to the relevant management representative.
Further details are available in the below “IATS Whistleblower Policy” document.
If you prefer not to use our offered whistleblower system, you may alternatively use the National Whisteblower Scheme offered by the Danish authorities at https://whistleblower.dk/english.
By means of the below form you can submit your report in an anonymous manner, without fear of retaliation for reporting, and your report will be sent to the IATS Chairman of the Board.
The IATS Chairman of the Board will ensure that the reported incidents will be handled in an anonymous, timely and professional manner.
It is optional whether or not you want to include your e-mail address. If you do not provide your e-mail address, it will however not be possible for us to provide you with updates on the progress and/or outcome of your report. If you would like to receive such updates/feedback, but do not feel comfortable providing your e-mail address, we refer you to the above mentioned National Whisteblower Scheme.
All reports are subject to careful and confidential investigation, and will initially be assessed by the IATS Chairman of the Board who decides, whether the report is within the scope of the reporting system. In case the report is within the scope, the report will be processed by the IATS Board and depending on the content of the report it can be necessary to have assistance from other external entities like law-firms, auditors and working environment authorities.
Your privacy is important to us. All information provided in your report will be handled confidentially and in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and as further detailed in the below “IATS Whistleblower Privacy Policy”. If you choose to provide your email address, it will only be used to communicate with you regarding your report.
Please provide as much detail as possible about the issue you are reporting. This will help us investigate and address the problem effectively. You have the option to remain anonymous, but providing your contact information will allow us to follow up with you if needed.
