Can you build relationships and increase our sales in the European Air Navigation Service Provider segment?

If so, we need an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record of results, who can market and sell our current and new products to the European Air Navigation Service Providers (ANSPs), thereby expanding our existing footprint of cost-effective and innovative solutions in this market segment.

At Insero Air Traffic Solutions A/S we design, develop and deliver mission critical air traffic solutions that enable digital transformation and support the current and future needs of airports, remote tower centres and Air Navigation Service Providers. This in an industry where safety and reliability come first.

We are already on a positive growth path, but we also have some unique solutions for which there is a wider potential among the ANSPs. This includes Insero AviCast (ATIS/VOLMET), Insero AviSky (Remote tower data platform/SWIM Services) and Insero SERIS (Terminal/Route charging and CRCO gateway).

With a base in Horsens, at our Denmark offices, your primary tasks as our new Sales Manager will be to:

  • Build relationships in the European ANSP community
  • Perform business development
  • Plan and execute marketing/promotion activities, including product presentations/demonstrations
  • Manage and actively participate in writing winning proposals in cooperation with the technical team
  • Negotiate and close complex project sales with many stakeholders

Prior experience with international B2B/B2G project and software sales is a requirement, and if you have prior experience in the Air Traffic Management and ANSP industry it will be a great advantage.

We also expect that you are a proficient user of Microsoft applications (E.g. PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Personal qualities We expect that you have the drive to chase our growth ambitions and are motivated by converting leads into customers for long-term business relationships.

As a person, you are obviously extrovert, and are curious and open minded, both professionally and personally. You are equally comfortable working on your own and as part of a team, and excel in networking and building relationships.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, with many tasks and opportunities and where you have a very high level of influence on your own tasks.

You also enjoy contact with customers and partners and are comfortable working at all levels of organisation, whether in a technical, commercial or executive setting. Staying up to date with latest developments in our industry is natural for you. You set high standards, am trustworthy and act with a high level of integrity.

We offer you
An opportunity to become part of a skilled, knowledgeable, ambitious and professional team with a strong focus on customers’ current and future needs. Here, you will join a growing organisation within a demanding and everchanging domain which presents many challenges and rich opportunities for development. Our customers are already in various countries (E.g. Denmark, Ireland, Poland, Finland and Estonia) and we expect more to be added, which means, you will be working in a highly international environment.

In 2023 we received our first Gazelle award, in recognition of being one of Denmark's fastest growing companies.

In addition, you will become part of a team where close collaboration, innovative solutions, professional pride, and humour are the driving forces. The pace is high, the road to decisions is short, and the dialogue is informal.
