Become a Senior Project Engineer at Insero Air Traffic Solutions

Insero Air Traffic Solutions (Insero ATS) designs, develops, delivers, and supports mission-critical Air Traffic Management solutions for airports, remote tower centres, and Air Navigation Service Providers, covering data management, systems integration, and control systems for both manned aviation and UAS/drones.

What you’ll do

• Design, configure, develop, and deploy ATM software/hardware solutions (including UI and system adaptation).
• Execute system engineering, adaptation, development, and testing for deployments with airports, remote tower centres, and ANSPs.
• Produce and maintain technical documentation and manuals for projects and proposals.
• Plan and perform installations (system, server/PC, physical) and ongoing product maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with customers and partners from clarification through delivery and support.

What you’ll bring

We’re looking for a colleague who loves talking to customers, thrives in a friendly office community, and can keep a clear overview, even when things get complex. You’re curious, structured, and proactive; you spot risks early, ask the right questions, and turn moving parts into simple action plans. You enjoy collaborating across teams, sharing knowledge generously, and follow through until the job is done.

• Solid system understanding (Windows/Linux, databases, network/IP, IT security, hardware/electronics).
• Programming experience in C#/.NET with a systems/application focus.
• Structured, analytical, and quality-driven, clear communicator in Danish and English.
• Comfortable in agile setups and with 10–30 travel days/year.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; ideally Azure DevOps.
• Security clearance is mandatory: clean criminal record and you/your household have resided in a NATO/EU country for the past 7 years.
• Nice to have: experience with airside airport systems, ATM/CNS, or other safety-critical/ industrial domains.
